Leadership in Action
Funny sometimes, how something mean the opposite of what they really mean. when someone say leadership.. most of us think of managing a certain group or task force.. making sure requirements are meet.. the work is quality checked.. deadlines are meet.. but if we actually look into it.. leadership has a different meaning.. leaders provide direction.. inspiration.. they empower people.. leadership philosphy believes that all human beings are able and capable if given the motivation and vision to succeed.. it just the opposite to managing ..
